ForeverGreen is a total lifestyle company focused on bringing our Global members and customers the best of science and nature through innovative formulations of natural whole foods and ingredients.

We believe that eating healthy and synthetic-free whole foods and beverages are the basis of health and longevity. We provide health answers, not only through exclusive nutritional whole food beverages, but also by providing a product line of delicious whole foods that can be eaten at every meal instead of the processed and preservative-laden foods commonly found in today's society.

Many competitor companies provide capsules, powders, pills or tablets as nutritional supplements, but generally fail to provide an every-meal alternative to the processed and nutrient depleted foods found in the three main daily meals of most common consumers. We provide the every-meal answer with a variety of appetizing healthy food products that allow our Members and customers to eat healthy for every meal and snack throughout the day. In addition, we provide healthy personal care products as an alternative to the chemical and synthetic products in the marketplace that may negatively impact our health.

We remain committed to developing and providing quality products that are innovative, healthy, efficacious, simple to use and easy to sell. Management Team
Ronald Williams - Director, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board
Born and raised in Southern California, Ron Williams is recognized as a leader and innovator in the network marketing industry with a successful career spanning more than 20 years. However, it is not just his success as a corporate executive that sets him apart from his colleagues. Williams is a true visionary. He launched ForeverGreen in 2004 with the vision to provide unique, pleasurable products and the mission to change the world one person at a time. Four years later, he is living his dream.

Willliams learned his greatest lessons in life playing sports. These lessons continue to contribute to Williams’ passion for life, music, and especially humanity. Today, he is a successful lecturer and advocate for health and personal development through his U of YOU trainings which emphasize a life of design rather than default. He is committed to a philosophy of using his time, talent and resources to making a difference in the world, one person at a time. Williams has successfully led multi-million dollar corporations with his unique talent for creatively bringing intangible concepts to life. He is also an award-winning filmmaker, author, music writer, and producer.

Recently named the president of the MLMIA (Multi-Level Marketing International Association), Williams is committed to the industry and its success across the globe. His magnetic leadership that has touched so many through ForeverGreen is now being shared on an even larger scale.

Brenda Huang - Director and CMO
Ms. Huang’s marketing experience began while managing and growing Asian operations in Taiwan for Morinda, Inc. After her success in Taiwan, Brenda accepted an offer to facilitate growth of Morinda in Hong Kong, China. For the past ten years, she has worked directly with distributors in the capacities of general manager, VP of sales and marketing, customer service and operations manager. Her extended experience in different aspects of the network marketing business provide her the knowledge and vision to create and execute business strategies.

Chris Patterson - COO and General Counsel
Mr. Patterson has worked as an attorney in the health and wellness industry for the past 11 years. He previously served as counsel for Enrich International, Rexall Showcase International and Unicity Network in international expansion, compliance, regulatory, intellectual property and corporate matters. Prior to joining ForeverGreen, he also served as president and CEO for Zija International. Mr. Patterson speaks Portuguese and holds a B.A. from the University of Utah in Political Science along with a Certificate in International Relations. His Juris Doctorate degree is from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.

Paul Frampton - Treasurer and CFO
Mr. Frampton has more than twenty years experience in the network marketing industry and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in accountancy from Brigham Young University. He earned his Public Accountant certification while working with Grant Thornton where he worked directly with Utah-based network marketing firms. For the previous 13 years, he worked with Enrich International and Unicity Network in a number of positions.

Timothy Simpson - CIO and Vice President of I.T.
Mr. Simpson has worked for a diverse group of companies, including Xango, Unicity Network, Enrich International, Direct American Marketers Inc, and Arthur Anderson. Beyond technology, Mr. Simpson possesses excellent skills in marketing, branding, operations, and has a deep empathy for the people who make network marketing work - the distributors. During his career, Mr. Simpson has been a key factor in the opening of 19 foreign markets in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.

Robert Reitz - Director and Senior Vice President of Business Analysis
Mr. Reitz started in the network marketing industry in 1997 with Enrich International. He lived in and opened the Enrich Japan territory while expanding Enrich throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mr. Reitz is fluent in Japanese and also worked with markets throughout the world for Morinda, Inc. He developed a broad understanding of network marketing in the areas of commissions, finance, accounting, payroll, reporting, IT and human resources. Mr. Reitz has an MBA from NYU Stern School.

Jerry Gray - Senior Vice President of Operations and Product Development
Mr. Gray first became involved in the network marketing industry in 1982 when he attended his first opportunity meeting. He went on to become a successful distributor for several industry leaders before becoming a corporate consultant in 1998. His extensive knowledge of effective nutritional and personal care formulas assisted companies in developing world class products. Since 1999 he has held many positions including overseeing international operations, warehouse logistics and product development. He studied nutrition at the University of Utah. Mr. Gray ensures all products contain only the purest and most effective ingredients available.

Rick Redford - Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Redford has extensive experience in the health and wellness and home-based business industries. He has worked for industry leaders developing business strategy, leadership training programs, and international expansion plans. Perhaps his biggest strength is his ability to support distributors in every aspect of the business. For over ten years, his knowledge, experience, and poise has contributed to global expansion and growth. Mr. Redford exemplifies leadership in the field by supporting distributors and creating accountability. He studied Business Management at Brigham Young University and theater and performing arts at the University of Utah.

Daylen Bushman - VP of Manufacturing and Fulfillment
Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brigham Young University, Mr. Bushman brings a strong, organized, and detail-driven attitude to ForeverGreen. With over seven years of experience in the network marketing industry in numerous roles and over eleven years of management responsibilities, Mr. Bushman’s versatility and resourcefulness contributes to every capacity at ForeverGreen.

Jorge E. Alvarado - Vice President of Latin American Business Development
Born in Mexico City, Jorge Alvarado speaks English and Spanish fluently. In addition to his vast knowledge about the network marketing industry, Mr. Alvarado has outstanding administrative and public speaking skills. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, including corporate management, Mr. Alvarado has developed and sustained success in the Latin American market. He is passionate about international business and has participated in establishing operations in Mexico, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and the United States.


Product Offerings
FrequenSea(TM). Our best-selling, product is FrequenSea, a whole food beverage consisting of marine phytoplankton, ionic sea minerals, frankincense, rose, ginger and aloe vera in a blend of blueberry, cranberry and lime juice concentrates processed through a proprietary process named Aqueous Molecular Partitioning (AMP) which renders the ingredients water soluble. FrequenSea is sold as a single bottle, in individual single-serving packets or even in a four-bottle pack. The marine phytoplankton in FrequenSea contains over 200 different sea algae that are all processed through proprietary and patent pending processes at a one-of-a-kind Sea Farm. A daily dose of FrequenSea provides over 66 vitamins and minerals and includes amino acids in a convenient bio-available form for easy ingestion and quick absorption. Since August 2005 when our Members first had access to purchase FrequenSea, its sales have more than quadrupled and have increased to 75% of our total product sales.

ElectriFire(TM). In early 2008, the company launched an innovative new healthful energy drink to directly compete with the highly-sugared and synthetic caffeine-laden energy drinks commonly available today. The ForeverGreen energy drink now branded as ElectriFire(TM) comes in Smooth and Spiced flavors that utilize the Aqueous Molecular Partitioning to incorporate the whole plant in a water soluble form to promote rapid and sustained energy without the crash associated with many other energy drinks.

24 Karat Chocolate(R). ForeverGreen Members and customers are among the first to finally enjoy guilt-free organic chocolate that is high in antioxidants and is processed without the fats, hormone filled dairy milk and waxes common in many chocolate products. This naturally dark chocolate comes in mint, almond and natural flavor as well as fondue chips with a chocolate melter for use at chocolate fondue parties. The 24 Karat Chocolate(R) is also used as an ingredient in the weight management products Thunder(TM) and Lightning Plus(TM).

Weight Management Products. For those desiring to maintain their healthy weight or lose weight to obtain the health and vitality associated with good nutrition and their proper weight, the Thunder(TM) meal replacement drink powder provides 28% of the protein your body needs in an apple fiber base with natural sweeteners and antioxidants. Lightning Plus(TM) is a supplement capsule of 24 Karat Chocolate(R), cayenne, green tea and cascara sagrada designed to assist the body to naturally cleanse itself for optimal absorption and weight management. Dynamic Plus(TM) and Probiotic Plus(TM) provide the body with probiotics to re-establish the natural flora the body needs for optimal health and to support the immune system while increasing nutrient absorption.

EarthTribe Farmacy(TM). Aqueous Molecular Partitioning and Supercritical Fluid Extraction provide exclusive and proprietary processes so that the whole-plant products and combination plants become water-soluble for maximum absorption. Plant Life Concentrates are combined for a whole-plant green drink or citrus blend of the Dragon products and the Preventatives label brings our consumers a variety of single herbs and spices from Cinnamon to the electrically high frequency found in natural roses of our Rainmaker(TM) product.
